John Janclaes is the President / CEO of Partners Federal Credit Union serving the employees of The Walt Disney Company. John has over 30 years of financial services experience spanning retail banking, brokerage and insurance.
John is an advocate for the credit union movement who is called on regularly to speak at industry events as well as acting in an advisory capacity to the National Association of Federal Credit Unions (NAFCU), Credit Union National Association (CUNA) and Filene Research Institute – a financial services think tank. He is the recipient of the James D. Likens award that recognizes distinguished alumni of Western CUNA Management School, where he now volunteers on its Board of Directors. John earned a Bachelors’ in Business Administration from the University of Redlands and Masters in Business Management from the Peter F. Drucker and Masatoshi Ito Graduate School of Management at Claremont Graduate University where he served on the Board of Advisors.
John also contributes to the communities where he works and lives by serving as a founding Board Member for L.E.T.M.S.A.I.L., a non-profit organization serving adults with mental disabilities, and as the Executive Champion for the Southern California Special Olympics for which he was named Executive Volunteer of the Year for The Walt Disney Company.
