C-Suite Interviews #27 – Steve Presley

Chairman and CEO at Nestlé USA | Transforming Our Business through Self-Disruption

John travels to Virginia to meet with Chairman and CEO at Nestlé USA Steve Presley.

More Information for Steve Presley:

Steve started his career with Nestlé as a controller for our Nestlé Carnation manufacturing facility in Suffolk, Virginia. Since then, he has helped create a structure and processes that help every employee innovate and accelerate business growth. From moving the organization to a matrix structure to supporting development opportunities focused on rapid innovation and product launch, Steve has worked to transform Nestlé USA into a company that disrupts itself.

Most recently, he led transformation of its headquarters relocated to Arlington, Virginia, with a new, more efficient structure and closer proximity to its business and stakeholders, while also making significant changes to its business through M&A.  In addition to growth and innovation in its product lines and workplace, Steve helped teams build future capabilities, ranging from e-business to flex manufacturing, with an emphasis on analytics and data-driven decision-making.

Steve also passionate about Nestlé’s role in creating better access to nutritious, affordable food around the country. In late 2017, he helped to launch a partnership with No Kid Hungry to make a nutritious breakfast part of the school day for 10,000 Virginia school kids.
